PREHEAT oven to 420°F. Line a medium (10x15x1-inch) baking pan with Reynolds KITCHENS® Parchment Paper. Set aside.
PLACE half the strips of bacon on the lined pan in a single layer. PLACE pan on middle rack of preheated oven. BAKE 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, STIR cracked pepper into maple syrup in a liquid measuring cup or bowl. After 15 minutes, CAREFULLY REMOVE bacon from oven. BRUSH maple and black pepper syrup over each slice of bacon. SPRINKLE each piece with brown sugar.
CAREFULLY RETURN bacon to oven and CONTINUE BAKING 5 to 10 minutes or until bacon reaches the desired crispness.
TRANSFER bacon to a wire rack to drain fat. SERVE warm.
REPEAT with remaining slices of bacon on a pan lined with a fresh sheet of parchment paper.
