Directions
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Line an 11 by 18-inch sheet pan with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil. Build separate foil trays by folding a large piece of foil in half, and folding up the edges to create three trays; one taking up about ½ of the tray to hold the turkey and stuffing, and two smaller equal trays to each hold the string beans and sweet potatoes. Fit the largest one into the left half of the baking sheet. Set aside.
PREPARE the stuffing: In a large bowl, mix the stuffing ingredients until well incorporated. Let soak for 15 minutes, and spread an even layer into the largest foil pan, making a well in the center for the turkey.
PREPARE the turkey: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter with the sage, thyme and garlic. Season the turkey breast well with salt and pepper, and rub the turkey with the butter mixture. Nestle turkey breast in the center of the stuffing. Place in oven, and cook for 30 minutes.
PREPARE the sweet potatoes: In a medium bowl, toss all of the sweet potato ingredients together to coat. Spread the sweet potatoes out in one of the small foil pans, letting them overlap to show the layers.
PREPARE the green beans: In a medium bowl, toss together all the green beans ingredients and spread out in the remaining foil pan.
REMOVE sheet pan from oven, and add the two smaller foil pans with the sweet potatoes and green beans. Continue cooking until the sweet potatoes and green beans are tender and the turkey reads 165°F on an instant-read thermometer when inserted, another 30-40 minutes. If the green beans are finished sooner, simply remove the foil tray and set aside until turkey is done.
