PLACE six Air Fryer Cups on the counter.

ADD flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda to a large bowl; whisk together to blend. Set aside.

ADD the whisked eggs, milk, softened butter, and Greek yogurt to dry ingredients. STIR until blended, but do not overmix.

ADD 1/2 heaping cup of batter to each Air Fryer Cup; set aside.

PREHEAT air fryer to 300°F on the "Bake" setting. PLACE up to four Air Fryer Cups in the air fryer basket so they fit without crowding.

BAKE 15 minutes until wooden toothpick inserted in center of Air Fryer Cups comes out clean. If the wooden toothpick is not clean, bake for up to 2 minutes longer. Carefully REMOVE cups with an oven mitt or tongs, as cups will be hot. COOL and REPEAT process with remaining muffins.

  • Chocolate Chip Muffins: stir in 1 cup chocolate chips before filling the Air Fryer Cups.
