Directions
LINE a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker with a Regular size Reynolds Kitchens® Slow Cooker Liner. Fit liner snugly against bottom and sides of bowl; pull top of liner over rim. Set aside.
COOK sausage and onion for 8 to 10 minutes in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up meat as it cooks. Drain well. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil into sausage. Spoon 1/3 of the sausage mixture into the lined-slow cooker; arrange half of the noodles on top. Combine 2 cups of the mozzarella and the ricotta cheeses in a medium bowl. Spoon half of the cheeses evenly over the noodles. Repeat to add another layer. Top with remaining 1/3 sausage mixture.
COVER and Cook 4 to 5 hours on LOW. Turn off slow cooker.
CAREFULLY remove lid to allow steam to escape. Mix the remaining cup of mozzarella and the Parmesan cheeses; sprinkle over the lasagna. Let stand 30 minutes until cheese melts and the lasagna sets up slightly. Serve lasagna directly from lined-slow cooker. Remove all food and cool slow cooker completely before removing liner from slow cooker. Do not lift or transport liner with food inside.
Tip: for fewer servings, use half of each ingredient and cook in a 2 ½ to 3-quart slow cooker lined with a Small size Reynolds Kitchens® Slow Cooker Liner.
