Directions
In a bowl, whisk together ½ cup of honey, ½ cup of dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced Garlic and salt and pepper
Line baking sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and coat it with oil
Get 8 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, pat them dry with a paper towel and season on all sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper
Add chicken thighs to baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes
Remove the chicken and coat with half of the glaze and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature is 175 degrees F
Remove the chicken from the oven, coat them again and put them under broiler on low for about 2 minutes or until perfectly caramelized
When done, garnish with parsley and use any remaining glaze to coat on the chicken before serving
