PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with Reynolds KITCHENS® Parchment Paper with SmartGrid® set aside.
COMBINE flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl set aside. Beat butter and sugar on medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, until blended. Gradually stir in the flour mixture.
FOLD in pecans and 1 cup M&M'S Mint Chocolate Candies for the Holidays.
DROP heaping teaspoons of dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Place extra reserved M&M'S on top of each cookie before baking, press lightly.
BAKE 12 to 15 minutes.
