Air Fryer Cups Tips & Tricks

  • The heart imprinted on the bottom of the cup can be used to label your cups or to write what the dish is if you are making customized portions. (i.e. “spicy” or “vegetarian”)
  • Allow for 1-2 minutes of cooling before removing the cups from the air fryer
  • Use tongs or oven mitts to gently lift the cups out of the air fryer as cups may be hot
  • Some dishes may require stirring halfway through for best results
  • Do not use with thin or liquid foods that usually spill, like soups
  • Different brands of air fryers cook differently. Results may vary based on your air fryer. Adjust directions to meet your personal preferences

Recipe Ideas for Air Fryer Cups

Baked Goods – Brownies, Cupcakes, Muffins 

Pre-heat the air fryer to 300°F on the bake setting. Add ½ cup batter to each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Bake until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean,13 to 15 minutes.   

Fresh or Frozen Vegetables 

Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F. Add 1 serving of bite-sized pieces of vegetables to each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Add 2 tablespoons water to fresh vegetables. Cover each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup with a 5-inch square of aluminum foil. Cook 5 mins or until vegetables reach desired doneness.   

Creamy Fresh or Frozen Vegetables 

Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F. Add 1 serving of bite sized pieces of vegetables to each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Add 2 tablespoons water to fresh vegetables. Top with a creamy sauce, such as cheese sauce, or cream of mushroom soup. Cook 5 mins or until vegetables reach desired doneness.   

Mac and Cheese 

Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F. Add about 2/3 cup of uncooked mac and cheese to each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Cook 15 mins, stir. Continue cooking about 15 minutes, until at least 160°F.   

Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls 

Add one cinnamon roll to each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Cook according to the cinnamon roll package directions - 350°F for 8 mins. Spread with frosting from package while the roll is warm.   

Egg Bites or Egg Soufflé 

Beat 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon water or milk, salt and pepper. Spray inside each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup with cooking spray. Pour into each Reynolds Kitchens Air Fryer Cup. Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes, stir. Top with shredded cheese, if desired. Continue cooking 5 mins until done.

Frequently Asked Questions
