Air Fryer Salmon Fillets

PAT the top of each fillet dry with a paper towel. BRUSH half of the olive oil on each fillet.

MIX the seasonings together in a small bowl. SPRINKLE half of the seasoning mixture evenly over each fillet. Let seasoned salmon rest while preheating the air fryer.

PREHEAT the air fryer to 400°F on air fryer setting.

CAREFULLY PLACE the air fryer liner in the air fryer, being careful not to touch the hot sides or grate. CAREFULLY PLACE the salmon fillets on the liner, separating so heat can circulate around them.

COOK for 9 minutes. OPEN the basket and check that the thickest part of the top of each fillet flakes easily with the tip of a fork. *If necessary, cook 1 to 2 minutes longer till done.

SERVE hot with lemon wedges.
