Brussel Sprouts Au Gratin
Brussels sprouts and bacon come together in this cheesy recipe for an extra scrumptious side dish.

PREHEAT the oven to 375°F.
COOK the bacon in a large pot on high heat until crispy and brown.
REMOVE the bacon from the pot once cooked and browned and set aside, and add in the onions and butter and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
ADD The flour into the pot with onions and butter and stir together and cook for 2 more minutes.
WHISK the milk in to the pot until combined and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until it begins to become thick.
FINISH the mixture by whisking in the grated Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
FOLD in the bacon and sliced brussel sprouts to the pot and then pour the mixture into a Reynolds Kitchens® 8x8 Bakeware Pan.
SPRINKLE the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to the top of the creamy brussel sprouts.
BAKE in the oven on 375° for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese are golden brown.
SERVE hot.
