Grilled Pineapple Sundae

PREHEAT grill to 400°F. Use a fork to poke drainage holes into 6 sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil. Brush pineapple rings with olive oil, then fully wrap each in foil.
GRILL for 1 to 2 minutes in covered grill over direct heat. Turn pineapple and grill additional 1 to 2 minutes or until pineapple is tender.
REMOVE from foil and transfer each grilled pineapple slice to a bowl. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then drizzle with chocolate syrup, add rainbow sprinkles and top with cherry. Serve immediately.
