Directions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

To prepare the ingredients, clean and prepare the crabs by removing the gills and cutting them in half if using whole crabs. Thaw crab legs if using. Halve the potatoes, cut the broccoli into florets, and slice the sausage.

Make the seasoning mix in a large bowl, combining the melted butter, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Combine Ingredients by adding the potatoes, broccoli, sausage, and crabs into the bowl with the seasoning mix. Toss everything until well coated.

Next, arrange on baking sheet by spreading the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet or in a roasting pan, ensuring everything is in a single layer for even cooking.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting. Cook until the potatoes are tender and the crabs are cooked through. Serve and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
