Directions
PREHEAT the oven to 325°F. Line a roasting pan that is at least 2 inches deep with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil.
REMOVE neck and giblets from turkey, rinse and pat the turkey dry. Place the turkey in foil-lined roasting pan. If desired, loosely stuff the turkey.
COAT the turkey with butter.
MAKE a foil tent by placing a sheet of foil over the turkey, leaving 1 inch between the top of the turkey and foil tent for heat circulation. Crimp foil onto long sides of the pan.
ROAST the turkey, basting with butter drippings every 30 to 45 minutes, until meat thermometer reads 165°F, about 3-1/2 to 4 hours for a 14 pound unstuffed turkey. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove and discard foil.
CARVE turkey and transfer to a serving dish. Cover with foil to keep warm.
SPREAD mashed potatoes onto a large serving board, then spread sweet potatoes on top. Pile stuffing on top of sweet potatoes, then add dollops of cranberry sauce on top. Sprinkle with green beans and crispy onions, then drizzle with gravy. Serve board with carved turkey, dinner rolls and any of your favorite Thanksgiving sides.
