Plastic Wrap Hack: Piped Potatoes
Create these delicious twists on mashed potatoes using a trick with Reynolds KITCHENS® Quick Cut™ Plastic Wrap!
CHEESY MELT POTATO SWIRL
- Start by cutting two 12" pieces of Reynolds KITCHENS® Quick Cut™ Plastic Wrap.
- Take approximately one-and-a-half cups of your favorite cheese melt and add it down the middle of one sheet of plastic wrap. Roll the plastic wrap sheet and twist both ends to secure. Repeat this process with two cups of regular mashed potatoes.
- Put each individual plastic wrap bag into one large pastry bag, and pull each plastic wrap end through the tip of the piping bag, and into a piping tip. Cut off the plastic wrap ends.
- Squeeze evenly and pipe directly onto a platter or individual dinner plates.
TIP:This hack works best when the items being piped are of the same or similar consistency, so you may need to re-heat your favorite cheese melt during this process.
