- Preheat air fryer to 400°F, without the Air Fryer Liner
- Clean and brush two 6- to 8-ounce potatoes, then pat them dry
- Lightly prick the potatoes several times using a knife or fork
- Prepare the brine by dissolving two tablespoons of salt in 1/2 cup of cold water
- Place each potato in the brine and toss to coat the skins evenly
